No. Money comes only from warehouses that pay Celestix. A sign-up alone is never paid. If a partner you invited brings a paying warehouse, you get a smaller second-level share. There are only two levels and we show both openly.

No. It is free to join and there is never a fee. Nothing to buy, ever.

No. Say the name, send your link, or pass the contact. Celestix does the calls, the pilot and the paperwork.

No. Anyone 18 or older who knows a warehouse in the US can join. Drivers, warehouse workers and technicians just see more warehouses.

Yes. The W-9 is filled in for whoever gets paid, you or your company.

Yes, if you know a warehouse in the US. Partners outside the US fill in a W-8 form instead of a W-9; we set it up with you before your first payout.

Yes. The site and your dashboard are also in Spanish: tap ES at the top of the page. The Spanish texts are a translation of the English ones; if they ever differ, the English text counts. In the chat, a person on our team can also help you in Spanish.

10% of every payment the warehouse makes to Celestix, for as long as it pays. Typically $500-1,000+ per month per warehouse once it becomes a client. We cannot promise an amount. Most warehouses you point to us will not become clients.

No cap. Not on the number of warehouses, not on the number of months.

A person on our team sends your payout after each client payment. If a client pays for a full year up front, your 10% is paid out month by month over that year. We agree on how to send it with you before the first payout. We need your W-9 first.

No. We pay only when a warehouse pays. A sign-up alone is never paid. The second level pays only when a warehouse brought by a partner you invited pays.

If you invite another partner, you get 10% of Celestix's share from that partner's warehouses that pay. They still get their full 10%. There are only two levels. See Invite someone.

Yes. From your 5th warehouse that becomes a paying subscription client, Celestix adds $250 a month for each such client, for as long as it pays. Only warehouses you added yourself count. See the program terms.

Yes. You get 10% of every payment the warehouse makes, and the pilot is a payment. If the warehouse continues, the pilot amount counts toward its yearly subscription.

When a warehouse you added pays Celestix, starting with its pilot. A person sends your share after that payment. Most warehouses you point to us will not become clients, so we cannot promise when or how much.

Then the 10% on that payment is taken back. The same goes for proven fraud.

What you earn is income. Before your first payout we need a W-9. You fill it in through a tax forms service.

No. The W-9 goes through a tax forms service. We never store your SSN.

Add the warehouse in your dashboard. The company name is enough. When that company contacts Celestix in any way, the website, email or a call, we credit it to you, as long as no one added it before you and it fits the program terms.

As many as you know, no cap. Up to 10 can wait for confirmation at the same time; when one is confirmed you can add the next.

The first confirmed referral gets it.

180 days. If the warehouse has not become a client by then, the referral expires and you can add it again. Once it is a client, it stays yours for as long as it pays.

If Celestix is already emailing that company through its own outreach, it still counts for you. A company that is already a Celestix client does not count.

Pass the name anyway. Celestix talks to them, and they decide. You are never asked to compare or sell.

No. Government warehouses are excluded.

No. A warehouse in any US state counts for you. Pilots start in Texas first, so a warehouse further away may wait a bit longer for its pilot.

Celestix talks to them. If it fits, the warehouse pays for a 3-4 week pilot on its own racks. It is set up within a week of payment. If the warehouse continues, it becomes a yearly subscription. There is no deadline for that decision, and you are paid when the warehouse pays.

Yes. Your dashboard shows the stage of each warehouse you added.

Pointing a company to Celestix is not a secret deal, and you are not selling anything. If you work at the warehouse you refer, we pay only with your employer's signed written consent, so it is all in the open.

No. Say the name to whoever handles inventory, or pass the contact. Pass the contact, don't sell on the dock. See how.

Yes. Say you are a Celestix partner and may get paid if they become a client. Being open is the rule, and it makes it easier.

StockFlight counts pallets on the racks. On robotics.celestix.ai Celestix shows a client example where two roles were redeployed and none terminated. Ask Celestix about staffing; they answer it on the first call.

No. Never promise an amount. If you mention money, say all of it: “typically $500-1,000+ per month per warehouse once it becomes a client, and no amount is promised”.
