What we keep and why

• Your username. You pick it, or we make one for you.
• Your email and phone, only if you give them. We use your email once to confirm it is yours.
• The warehouse contacts you pass. The company name, and if you add them: city, state, contact name, role, work email and phone.
• Clicks on your link. We count how many times your link and your QR code are opened. We do not store the visitor's IP address. We keep only a short hash (a scrambled code) of the browser's user agent, to tell repeat opens apart.
• Your answers to the short questionnaire, if you fill it in.
• Your messages in the support chat.
• A cookie that remembers which partner link you came from, for 90 days.
• Payment records. What you earned and what we paid you.
• A cookie that remembers your language (English or Spanish), for 1 year, if you pick one.

• We never store your SSN.
• Your tax form (W-9 in the US, W-8 outside the US) is filled in at a tax forms service and stays there. We only see whether it is done.

• To credit each warehouse to the partner who passed it.
• To reach the warehouse contacts you pass about Celestix Robotics.
• To pay you and to keep payment records.
• To show you your numbers in your dashboard.

We use a warehouse contact only to reach that company about Celestix Robotics. We do not sell it and we do not use it for anything else. If that person asks us to stop, we stop and we do not contact them again.

• The Celestix team that runs the program.
• You see your own data in your dashboard. You never see client prices, and other partners never see your data.
• Services that help us run the program, only for that job: hosting and database, email and SMS sending, the tax forms service, and AI models that sort short free-text answers and answer questions in the support chat.

Email contact@celestix.ai from the email you gave us, or tell us your username, and ask us to delete your data. A warehouse contact you passed can ask the same way. We may keep payment records that the law asks us to keep.
