Celestix Partners terms

Celestix Partners is the partner program of Celestix Robotics. Partners point warehouses to Celestix Robotics. Celestix does the calls, the pilot and the paperwork.

Joining is free. There is never a fee of any kind.

• You are 18 or older.
• You join as a person or as a company, for example an LLC. The tax form is filled in for whoever gets paid.
• All US states. You can also join from outside the US if you know a warehouse in the US.

• Track A. You visit or know a warehouse but do not work there, for example as a driver, technician or integrator.
• Track B. You work at the warehouse you refer. We pay you only with your employer's signed written consent. The warehouse pays its usual price, with no special discount, and your 10% is written openly in its contract with Celestix.
• Track C. You are a creator. Every post about Celestix carries #ad, easy to see, and in videos you also say it out loud.

Level 1. 10% of every payment the warehouse makes to Celestix, for as long as it pays. No cap.

Level 2. If a partner joined through your invite link, you get 10% of Celestix's share (the payment minus that partner's 10%) from that partner's warehouses that pay. That partner still gets their full 10%.

Bonus from your 5th client. From your 5th warehouse that becomes a paying subscription client, Celestix adds $250 a month for each such client, for as long as it pays. Only warehouses you added yourself count.

There are only these two levels. We pay only for paying clients. A sign-up alone is never paid. Level 2 is paid only from payments of paying warehouses. No amount is promised.

• You add the warehouse in your dashboard. The company name is enough.
• When that company contacts Celestix through any channel, it is credited to you, as long as no one added it before you and it fits these terms.
• If two partners refer the same warehouse, the first confirmed referral gets it.
• After a pilot the warehouse decides in its own time. You are paid when it pays, and only then.
• A referral lives 180 days. If the warehouse has not become a client by then, it expires and can be added again. A client stays credited for as long as it pays.

• Government warehouses are excluded.

• A person sends your payout after each client payment. A yearly prepayment by the client is paid out to you in 12 monthly parts.
• We need a W-9 (or a W-8 outside the US) before the first payout. You fill it in through a tax forms service. We never store your SSN.
• Track B: no payout before we have your employer's signed written consent.

If a client payment is refunded, the commission on it is taken back. The same applies to commission on anything proven to be fraud.

No income promises, no “get rich”, no fake results. Creators disclose every post with #ad, easy to see, and say it out loud in videos.

You can leave at any time. Celestix can end a partnership for fraud or for breaking these terms.
